By purchasing Rooting Wealth Programme, you agree to the following:
By purchasing Rooting Wealth Programme, you agree to the following:
1. Not Financial Advice
Rooting Wealth provides financial education for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided through the Services, including live calls, modules, templates, community discussion, or any communication with Yvonne or the Rooting Wealth team, constitutes personalised financial, investment, tax, immigration, or legal advice.
You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Your capital is at risk, and the value of investments can go down as well as up. Past performance, including any figures, case studies, or member results referenced on our website or in the Programme, is not a reliable indicator of future results.
You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult a regulated financial advisor, accountant, or immigration advisor before making decisions based on anything covered in the Services.
2. Who the Programme Is For
The Programme is a six-week, cohort-based educational course. Cohorts run on fixed dates, with live weekly sessions delivered on Fridays. It is your responsibility to check the current cohort's start date and schedule before enrolling.
The Programme is offered in two tiers, as described on our website at the time of purchase:
Regular - access to the full six-module system, live weekly Friday sessions, replay access, the private community, and included templates and tools.
Premium - everything included in Regular, plus two 60-minute one-to-one strategy sessions, a personalised roadmap, and priority community support.
Features, inclusions, and pricing for each tier may be updated between cohorts and will be confirmed at the time of your purchase.
3. Payment and Upgrades
Prices for each tier are shown on our website at the time of enrolment. Where a payment plan is offered, instalments are due on the schedule presented at checkout. If a scheduled instalment payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Services until payment is resolved.
Members enrolled on the Regular tier may upgrade to Premium at any point during the cohort by paying the difference between the two tiers at the price applicable at the time of upgrade.
4. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been made.
This policy exists because the Programme is cohort-based and relies on shared accountability within the group, a policy that allowed members to exit part-way through undermines the commitment the rest of the cohort depends on. If you are unsure whether the Programme is right for you, we encourage you to make full use of the registration window before enrolling, rather than after.
This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which are not excluded by these Terms.
5. Registration Windows and Cohort Availability
Enrolment for each cohort is open for a limited registration window, as advertised on our website and during any associated masterclass. Once a cohort's registration window has closed, enrolment for that cohort ends and interested members must wait for the next available cohort.
6. Access and Intellectual Property
All course materials, templates, worksheets, trackers, and recordings provided as part of the Services ("Materials") remain the intellectual property of Rooting Wealth. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Materials for your own individual use.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share the Materials, in whole or in part, with any third party without our prior written consent.
Members retain access to their Materials, including replays and templates, after their cohort's live sessions have concluded, for as long as the Services remain available.
7. Community Conduct
Access to the Programme includes membership of a private community space (currently hosted on WhatsApp). By participating, you agree to:
● Treat other members and the Rooting Wealth team with respect.
● Not use the community space for unrelated solicitation, advertising, or spam.
● Keep discussions within the space private and not share screenshots or content from the community outside it without the relevant member's consent.
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community space, without refund, if we reasonably believe they have breached these conduct guidelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooting Wealth shall not be liable for any financial losses, investment outcomes, missed opportunities, or other damages arising from your use of the Services or decisions made based on information provided through the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, our pricing, or applicable law. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing members. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
